Vikings Estate Agents is a truly independent, family-run estate agency. We have been specialising in property sales and lettings in Felixstowe and the surrounding villages for over 37 years.

A very personable and knowledgeable service always received. Vikings manage the lettings process effectively from the perspective of both tenant and landlord, ensuring that any issues are dealt with promptly and all statutory obligations are fulfilled. I have personally found that Vikings have access to a highly skilled and reasonably priced team of tradespeople to undertake works on behalf of landlords as required (Maintenance and statutory certification), and the management of this team by Vikings provides for a smooth operation of any letting where they provide full management services. I also have experience of sale transactions through Vikings, and as could be imagined after reading the above - The personable, diligent and honest service that they provide makes for a refreshing change versus any of the larger estate agency offerings.
