Jason was employed by his father as a 17-year-old office junior back in 1991 and 33 years later he is now the proud owner of VIKINGS. He has stood the test of time and embraces changes in the industry with a passion and desire for his business to thrive. His 33 years of experience in sales and lettings – and expertise and knowledge of the local market – are invaluable to sellers, buyers and landlords alike.  A specialist in property investment, Jason is only too pleased to advise landlords and developers on how to get the very best out of their investment. Jason’s friendly, personable and common-sense approach to estate agency helps make his clients feel they are in safe hands when dealing with every aspect of the property industry. Jamie Scales

Senior Property Consultant

Jamie, Jason’s younger brother, re-joined the family business in 2020 after two years working elsewhere in the industry – a useful exercise, which has proved invaluable. Having previously worked for the family since 2006 he has now come back with a fresh perspective and new ideas in moving the business forward, namely, his expertise in social media marketing – a must for any modern-day estate agent, seller and landlord. As Jamie says, “It certainly was an eye opener leaving the family fold and experiencing how other agents operate. I can honestly say I am glad to be back in the family business. I like the transparency and traditional values that VIKINGS has always maintained. Michelle Cook

Property Consultant/Lettings Manager

Michelle is the cornerstone of the lettings department, having joined the VIKINGS family in 2022.  She has brought with her a wealth of knowledge and experience from her previous career in compliance, which has proved invaluable to us in the ever-changing world of legislation within the lettings industry.  Michelle’s infectious personality makes her easy to connect with on first meeting.  Her assertive, friendly nature, combined with her gift of having common sense, makes one feel instantly at ease and in safe hands.  In summary, Michelle is a people’s person, who fits perfectly with The Vikings Way of running a successful business.

Dee Lindley-Johnson

Rental Administrator/Marketing Expert

Dee joined the VIKINGS Team in 2020 and is a vital cog in the wheel ensuring all rental payments and admin are processed smoothly and efficiently on a daily basis, thus keeping our large portfolio of landlords happy. Additionally, having come from a creative industries, media and marketing background (including the BBC and music industry), Dee’s expertise is another ‘string to the VIKINGS bow’ in terms of social media marketing and innovative ideas aimed at moving VIKINGS forward in the evolving world of online marketing. Dee is keen on developing her idea of writing a sitcom based on an estate agency; if you are one of our clients, you may have a part to play!
