This application form is for prospective tenants who have already viewed a property through VIKINGS and wish to apply for it.  Please DO NOT send this form to us if you have not viewed a property.

EACH prospective tenant will need to complete a form (e.g. if there are two of you, two forms are to be completed).  Children over the age of 18 must be on the tenancy and will also need to complete an application.

If you are a foreign national, you MUST provide us with proof of your residential status (e.g. British Residents Permit (BRP), letter from Immigration Service etc).  For further information please click here.
