Maintenance issues

Please fill in all sections below to report a maintenance issue with your property and include photos if you can. Your details will be passed on to the appropriate tradesperson who will contact you directly to arrange a suitable time to visit the property. You may wish to give consent for the repair to be carried out in your absence, in which case we will release our key to the property to the tradesperson in order for them to gain access.

Please allow for up to 10 days for our tradesperson to contact you for NON-ESSENTIAL REPAIRS.  Please DO NOT contact the office or re-report the repair via this section.
